Account Executive

Our talented and experienced team of coaches and facilitators helps drive global partnerships focused on retaining & investing in talent, building inclusive teams, and creating more equitable workplaces. We are looking for an Account Executive who can manage existing client relationships and build new relationships as we continue a fast pace to scalable growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, self-starter to join the C-Suite Coach team in a full-time capacity. As the Account Executive, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with new & existing clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our business development.
Scope
Client Program Oversight

Strategic planning for program continuity

Monthly client review of program performance
-
Social media & press engagement strategies
-
Quarterly training opportunities for digital coaches
-
Managing (oversight of work, performance evaluations, etc.) a dedicated operations resource

Thought Leadership
-
Represent the company on panels & podcasts
-
Monthly blog posts about industry topics
-
Attend conferences on behalf of the company

Manage content review
-
Develop weekly client newsletter

Business Development
-
Develop & facilitate monthly client reviews
-
Develop new business in alignment with company goals
-
Lead new business development efforts (including productizing services, pricing strategies, and deal fulfillment planning)
-
Manage business development resources
-
E.g. proposal development, hubspot tracking of client communications)

Performance management of account manager(s)

Collaborate with marketing to develop refreshed language & materials
-
Manage contractor referral program
-
Lead deal expansion strategies for existing customers
-
Lead annual growth business strategy plans

Requirements:

8+ years of professional experience in business development.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Robust follow-up.

Self-starter, ability to thrive in ambiguity, with little oversight.

Proven experience in business development or a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate effective collaboration.

Familiarity with the professional coaching industry and understanding of coaching principles and methodologies.

Proficient in using various communication and project management tools.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Knowledge of financial processes, including payment validation and invoicing, is preferred.

Strong ability to build and maintain processes.
